Faculties at IIBM

•    IIBM has employed a number of faculty members dedicated in teaching in accordance to the curricula specified by as per WBUT rule and market scenario.
•    The Faculties possess a good technical background of either ME, MCA, B.Tech,M.TECH,DIPLOMA to B.E in computer science or electronics. All of them have of experience in the industry and are referred to as experts in their domain.
•    Faculties are recruited by IIBM through a rigorous process of written examination, interview and presentation.
•    Faculties are trained in emerging technologies by experts in IIBM regularly, starting from induction and periodically afterwards. This is done to upgrade the existing levels of knowledge.
•    In addition to above, faculties appear for a certification examination periodically, where they are evaluated on their level of knowledge required for quality delivery of technologies in class. On successful evaluation IIBM certifies them.
•    We have received a good response in terms of the technical competence of our faculties through our routine feedback sessions. We therefore have established a good panel of qualified faculty members with un-parallel technical skills to cope with any new challenging technical competence.
