HRIS The client, develops and delivers low total-cost-of-ownership billing and customer care software to help operators build profitable businesses and maintain strong relationships with their subscribers and business partners. They deliver critical pieces of BSS like billing, customer care, interconnect billing, mediation, partner settlement solution, revenue assurance etc. Their product and service portfolio offers end to end as well as modular solutions to help operators buy and implement inline with their business roadmap. Their solutions cater to fixed, mobile, broadband/IP, and cable and satellite markets. They are the first billing vendor to receive the coveted CMM Level 4 quality certification and we also hold ISO 9001:2000 certification
The purpose of the client was to automate the workings of Human Resources Department, speed up data retrieval and processing aspects and to assist in the assessment of the employees under the management through the implementation of this software, which will cater to the needs of the department.

The application was beneficial, as it improved their daily HR proceedings, by reducing the execution time required for the different working aspects that constitute the responsibilities of the Human Resources Department. The time factor is a very important aspect, as this will determine the level of efficiency in decision-making or decision implementing and the satisfaction of the employees within the client.
